I completely agree about the On the Lot judges and Adrianna Costa. I think before all the women were voted off it could have been a good drinking game to keep track of ever time Gary Marshall said “lady filmmakers.” I never understand what the hell he is talking about anyway. As for Fisher, I feel kind of bad for her. She is obviouly uncomfortable putting people down, but on top of that, when she does say something negative she gets the loudest boos. Probably because people are confused by Marshall and are dumbfounded.

totally! and as I wrote on another friend’s blog, Adam’s short film was VERY similar to 2 Twilight Zone episodes, one of which was based on a play by Pirandello. Considering that I guessed the “twist” not even halfway into the short, I’m not sure how original it was.

*clap, clap* my friend, *clap, clap* well, written, i couldn’t have said it any better. but that’s not stopping me from leaving my 2 bits, either.
i’m kind of annoyed right now because this page totally erased all that i’d written since i left one of the fields empty about my name. so now i have to rewrite it! :/
i felt like last night was overwelmingly in adam’s favor, and i’m not really sure he had the best film..? i completely thought will and sam both had better, if not just as good a film as adam did. i don’t even know why jason keeps getting voted in week after week. it’s not to say he’s not talented, but he churns out the same stylized bollocks (sham-bollocks, if you will) as the wayans brothers (little man, white chicks, et al). we don’t need more film makers like the wayans! right now, i’m kind of equally torn between will and adam. carrie fisher and garry marshall are out of their ever-loving minds! carrie fisher looks like she has the onset of parkinson’s the way she shakes her head all over the place spouting off ramblings that have more senseless ideas than sensible at times. it’s a shame, because she was great on her talk show! what happened to carrie fisher?? and garry marshall needs a bucket of cold water thrown on his crotch every time the host comes out to say 2 words. he’s disgusting! at any rate, the 2 judges are sharing a brain between the two of them and they’re not making a damn bit of sense. can you imagine if penny marshall was more than a guest judge, and instead was a permanent judge with the other two birdbrains?
